Reo Recruitment in Sydney seeks a Head of Reporting and FP&A; to lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting, owning the group financial model and annual budget across two markets. You will deliver clear Board and lender reporting and translate strategic priorities into financial targets.

You will drive automation, oversee multi-market expansion, and partner with the CFO and ELT to shape capital allocation and operational insight. A CA/CPA is required and solid leadership is essential.
