Our client is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee daily food production and support kitchen operations within a secure, supervised environment.

This hands-on role combines large-scale meal preparation, team supervision and practical skills training.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily kitchen and bakery operations.
- Oversee high-volume meal preparation and food quality.
- Train and guide individuals in food preparation, hygiene and safe work practices.
- Maintain food safety, quality and workplace standards.
- Promote a safe, structured and productive working environment.

Must Have:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Bakery or equivalent.




- Current driver's licence.
- Experience in commercial or large-scale catering.
- Strong leadership, communication and training skills.
- Ability to remain professional, firm and fair in a structured environment.
- The ability to be comfortable in a high security environment

Nice to Have:

- Forklift licence.
- MR truck licence
- Training and assessment qualifications.
