About the role

- Provide technical support within Project and Service Teams
- Provide onsite servicing and commissioning of client systems
- Support pre installation planning and commissioning of Projects
- Provide phone support to established clientele
- Collaborate and share skills and experience with the technical team
- Be part of the on-call roster

About you

You're keen to learn, people-focused, and confident engaging with clients. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly.

You bring:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in systems including Integriti, Avigilon and Genetec
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding clients' expectations
- Substantial experience fault finding on enterprise-level systems
- A solutions-focused mindset with high professional standards
- Victorian Driver's Licence, Security Licence and Cabling Registration
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact for both clients and the business
