About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, youll deliver exceptional, person-centred care to clients with Autism and complex behaviours. Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks like personal hygiene and grooming.
- Providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals, promoting independence and inclusion around the Campbelltown area.

What You Bring to the Team

- Experience with challenging behaviours, including Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.
- Background in intellectual disabilities and complex care.
- Training in restrictive practices and top-notch communication skills.
- A current drivers licence, your own car, and a passion for empowering others.
