You understand that patients seek remedial massage therapy for different reasons. Some need effective treatment and clinical guidance for pain or injury, while others simply want to relax and unwind.

You have strong musculoskeletal knowledge and take pride in providing individualised care.

Dry Needling





Dry needling is an expected competency for this role, but you don't need to be qualified in dry needling to apply.

We're happy to support the right applicant in obtaining appropriate training and developing their confidence and proficiency.

Experience with cupping and other soft tissue techniques would also be welcomed.

About the Role

Approximately

15 hours per week

are available, with a preferred roster of:

Monday:

2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (5 hours)

Wednesday:

8:00 am – 2:00 pm (6 hours)

Saturday:

Hours to be discussed (within 8:00am–2:00pm opening hours)

Total: Approximately 15 hours per week.

Some flexibility in days and hours, including fewer hours, may be considered for the right applicant.

The position offers an established patient base, opportunities for internal referrals and support in developing a consistent appointment book.

Immediate start available.

Employment Options

Independent Contractor

A

60% fee split

may be available under an independent contractor arrangement, subject to legal requirements.

Part-Time Employment

Regular part-time employment with applicable award rates and entitlements.

Essential Requirements

Diploma of Remedial Massage

Strong musculoskeletal knowledge and clinical assessment skills

Ability to manage patients independently

Eligibility for private health fund provider numbers

Current First Aid or CPR certification

Professional association membership and appropriate insurance

Professional, reliable and patient-focused approach

Willingness to undertake dry needling training if not
