Evolve Scientific in Sydney is seeking a current Food Science or Microbiology student to join a dairy manufacturer’s laboratory team. The role is 2 days per week (Mondays and Fridays) onsite in Southwest Sydney; a car is required due to the site location.

You will perform microbial analysis, operate Milkoscan, Delvo, Microfoss and a pH meter, and report results while maintaining the lab workplace. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork are
