Boyd Recruitment is seeking a Financial Accountant / HR Coordinator for a manufacturing environment in Melbourne, Australia. You will own the finance function with hands-on accounting and coordinate HR activities across the business, supported by senior leadership.

You will bring strong inventory accounting knowledge, month-end close experience and the ability to interpret journal movements and financial statements. A hands-on, cooperative approach is essential.
