Aureus Private Wealth is growing, and our advisers need a senior paraplanner who can take a complex file and turn it into a clear, compliant Statement of Advice without being chased. If you’re the person advisers trust to get it right the first time, this role is built for you.

The role

You’ll prepare SoAs and RoAs for our Australian advisers across super, retirement, investments, SMSFs and personal insurance. You’ll work with our Paraplanning Team Lead, Research, Implementation and advisers. Over time, you’ll help shape how our paraplanning runs, including where AI can save hours.

What you’ll deliver

- Quality advice documents: complex SoAs and RoAs that pass compliance first time.
- Reliable turnaround: you manage your own queue and flag gaps or risks early.
- Better process: templates, checklists and AI-assisted workflows that lift the whole team.

What success looks like in 90 days

- You’re producing complex SoAs independently, on time.




- Advisers rarely send work back.
- You’ve put forward at least one improvement to how we work.

Who you are

- You own your work and don’t wait to be asked.
- You raise problems early and come with a fix.
- You take feedback well and act on it.
- You enjoy current technology and test it with a critical eye.

What you need to bring

- 3-5+ years preparing Australian SoAs and RoAs (essential)
- Strong knowledge of super, retirement planning, investments, SMSFs and personal insurance
- A solid understanding of ASIC requirements and advice compliance
- Daily Xplan use, plus experience with research platforms
- Bonus: experience with AI-assisted paraplanning tools such as Claude
