Job Q is seeking an Experienced Civil Supervisor to lead Bundaberg-based residential and commercial subdivision projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, operators and labour while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery throughout the works.

The role requires reading civil plans, practical knowledge of earthworks and drainage, and solid planning and communication skills. A Construction White Card and a valid licence are essential, with local Bundaberg work preferred.
