Lead and manage a room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Support and supervise staff within the room Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers Monitor children’s development and maintain accurate records Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed Requirements:
