Oltre Alimentari e Cucina, located inside Prahran Market, seeks a Senior Chef to lead the Italian kitchen during daytime hours. You will develop seasonal specials, mentor staff, and work closely with the owner on planning and costs. A hands-on role with two days off each week.

You should be a skilled Italian cook who can manage a busy section, ensure high quality, and help shape the menu with a focus on classic dishes and seasonal offerings.
