Looking to take your Family Law Paralegal or Legal Secretary career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Secretary with a strong background working in a law firm environment, preferably within Family Law, to join a specialist Family Law practice on the Gold Coast.

About the Role
This full-time position is a vital support role within a close-knit Family Law team. You will be responsible for a mix of paralegal and administrative duties to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative support including diary management, client correspondence, file management, and document preparation Conduct legal research and assist with preparing court documents and other legal materials Liaise with clients, courts,
