Additional ad hoc event project management support, as required and approved, throughout the tournament planning period.
About you You are a calm, solutions‑focused events professional who knows that exceptional experiences are built on exceptional planning. You will ideally bring:
3–5 years’ experience in event coordination, hospitality, stakeholder management or major events
Experience coordinating VIP, hospitality, conference, stakeholder or guest programs
Strong event planning and operational delivery capability
Experience managing registrations, guest lists and complex event logistics
Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The professionalism and discretion required when working with VIPs, dignitaries and senior stakeholders
Confidence working across suppliers, contractors and internal operational teams
Experience using Microsoft Office and event management platforms
The ability to remain calm and solutions‑focused in a fast‑moving environment
Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
This is your opportunity to be part of the team delivering one of international netball’s biggest events. You will work in a fast‑paced major event environment, collaborate across multiple areas of tournament delivery and have the opportunity to see months of planning come to life as Sydney welcomes athletes, officials, stakeholders and guests from around the world.
