What We’re Looking For at PEER: You don’t need previous experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for future female leaders who are:

Physically fit and safety-conscious

Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable vehicle (or working towards)

Able to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check

Ready to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
