Events & Communications (BDMEC) team in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.

About the role and the team

Our dynamic BDMEC team help bring our brand to life through memorable client experiences. Supporting the Senior Marketing & Events Coordinator you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality events — from seminars and webinars to social functions and conferences — while ensuring everything aligns with our brand and values.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the firm’s event schedule and maintain the events calendar for all client events.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics including venue research aligned with event requirements and budget, venue bookings, catering, AV needs, invitations, run sheet preparation, support event execution and post‑event administration.
- Track and report on event performance metrics and enhance event quality by streamlining and improving processes.
