About the Role

Join a close knit team in Thomastown to support walk-in, phone and email customers. Full-time, onsite,

5.5 days: Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–4pm and Sat 8am–1pm.

Duties

- Welcome walk-in customers and respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Match customers with trailers and customise options to their needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up enquiries promptly.
- Process orders, invoices and registrations accurately.
- Maintain the sales yard and complete ad hoc administration.

Skills & Experience

- Strong customer service and sales communication skills.




- Experience in automotive, caravan or similar customer-facing sales.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Word skills; able to multitask.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required.
- Reliable, committed and seeking a long-term career opportunity.
