Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, processing orders and returns, managing invoices, and supporting daily branch operations. You will be essential in maintaining robust customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns Process sales orders, returns, credits,
