I'm currently recruiting for an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity with an established organisation based in Melbourne CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a true generalist role, partnering with leaders and providing practical, commercially focused HR support.

The Role:

- Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters.
- Manage employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, investigations and workplace issues.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, policies and HR best practices.
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and confidence in managing people matters.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and broader people initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver practical,



solutions-focused HR support.

About You:

- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
- Strong employee relations experience and sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, approachable and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
