Fabrication Machine Operator Location: Redmond, WA

Schedule: Full-Time

Dayshift Hours: Monday - Thursday | 5:00am - 4PM + OT on Friday

Nightshift Hours: Monday - Thursday | 4pm - 2:30am + OT on Friday

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 4am - 4:30pm

Position Overview We are seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation or production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. You will operate fabrication equipment, work from blueprints, and help support daily production goals while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate fabrication machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.

Utilize hand tools, mechanical tools, and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing processes.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments as needed.

Support material handling, staging, and manufacturing operations.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment.

Follow all company safety and production procedures.

Required Qualifications

Previous machine operating, manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings.

Robust mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications





Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.

Experience working with fabrication or production equipment.

Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and procedures.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.71 - $26.71/hr.
