Role Sales Development Representative

Location Toorak, Melbourne, Australia

Work arrangement Office-Based (Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm)

Compensation $65,000–$85,000 base + Monthly Bonus (OTE ~$90,000–$100,000)

Join an international fintech providing adaptable funding to SMEs across Australia, APAC and Europe. You'll help keep the sales pipeline moving through consistent outreach, timely follow-ups and accurate CRM records.

What You'll Do

Reconnect with existing leads through high-volume outbound calls.

Follow up consistently across your assigned leads to keep deals progressing and prevent missed opportunities.

Work through structured daily task lists and repeatable CRM activities accurately and consistently.

Log every interaction, keep records current and accurately track deal progress.

Support the Head of Lending APAC by completing assigned follow-ups and tasks.

Who We're Looking For You enjoy phone-based customer contact and can stay organised through repetitive daily work; this role centres on outreach and sales coordination rather than people management or sales strategy.

Must-haves

Fluent English and Mandarin.





Ability to sustain high-volume outbound calling and consistent lead follow-up, including when contact attempts are unsuccessful.

Strong organisation and follow-through: you can work through structured task lists and complete assigned activities reliably.

Accurate record-keeping, with the ability to log conversations and maintain current CRM activity and deal status.

Experience in call centres, customer service, sales support, hospitality or retail involving frequent customer contact.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working independently in a hands-on support role, completing outreach, follow-ups and CRM tasks for a sales leader.
