You will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience with your key responsibilities including:Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotesCoordinating technician schedulesProviding clear and timely job updatesSupporting Site Managers with workflow planningMaintaining accurate data and administrative recordsIs this you?We're seeking a customer-focused individual with:Experience in customer service,
