Job DescriptionJob no: 946663Position based at MYER Melbourne CityPermanent part time position, 36 hours per weekWe are looking for a passionate Fragrance leader with outstanding customer serviceAs a Counter Manager at L’Oréal, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a passionate team, represent iconic luxury brands, and drive performance in a dynamic retail setting.About the role:Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across all L’Oréal Luxe fragrance brandsDeliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standardsBuild and maintain a loyal client base, using strong clienteling and follow-up strategiesCoach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance supportManage daily counter operations, including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandisingEnsure the counter reflects the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe brands through impeccable presentation and hygiene standardsCollaborate with store and brand teams to execute in-store events, activations,
