Job DescriptionReceptionist – Nations Church MyareeFull-time – 12 month fixed-term parental leave appointment, with the possibility of extension.The positionWe are looking for a professional and motivated Receptionist to join our Operations team at the Myaree campus.This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and managing general reception duties for the campus and the wider Nations Church team.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Greeting visitors in a timely, professional and welcoming mannerResponding to incoming calls, emails and general enquiriesCoordinating room bookings and associated facility requirementsProviding inter-departmental administrative support as requiredMaintaining stationery and office suppliesProcessing daily mail and receiving deliveriesManaging information and records accurately and efficientlyMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of staff facilities and associated areasThis role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate will be required to make Nations Church their home church.What are we looking for?MUST-HAVESThe successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
