Offering you a rewarding career in beauty with purpose.About the role:Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targetsDrive business performance through strategic planning, team coaching, and daily goal settingProvide expert skincare and makeup consultations aligned with Clinique’s dermatologist-developed philosophyBuild solid client relationships through personalised service and effective clientelingEnsure the counter is visually merchandised, fully stocked, and maintained to Clinique brand standardsManage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes with accuracyTrain, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service excellenceComplete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and contribute to business reviewsCollaborate with store management and Clinique field teams to implement promotional strategies and brand initiativesUphold Clinique’s values of care, inclusivity, and science-led beauty,
