Hybrid| 12 Months Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of technology solutions within a large-scale enterprise workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures for complex technology projects. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical challenges. Support solution reviews and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Facilitate workshops and communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large and complex environments. Strong background in application, integration, infrastructure, and cloud architecture. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud. Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Experience with API-led integration, RESTful services, JSON, and related technologies.



Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern digital delivery practices. Exposure to hybrid cloud and virtualization technologies. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple initiatives. Preferred Experience Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation or modernization programs. Exposure to cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation projects. Experience working within complex regulatory or public sector environments. Key Attributes Excellent communication and presentation skills.
