Job DescriptionApex Steel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. in Northgate, Brisbane.Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will work closely with our Business Development Managers to provide exceptional customer service, manage sales enquiries, prepare quotations and support customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, sales support and account management within a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email.Prepare and follow up customer quotations.Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.Assist customers with pricing, product availability, lead times and order status.Support Business Development Managers with quote tracking, customer follow-ups and Sales administration.Maintain accurate customer information and activity within CRM systems.Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build long-term relationships.Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and generate additional sales.Coordinate with operations to ensure customer expectations are met.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service,
