Whether you're looking to give back, meet new people, learn recent skills, or gain retail experience, you'll join more than 3500 retail volunteers across the country making a real impact. Every shift makes a difference.

It’s okay if you don’t have previous experience. A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn is what we are looking for. What does a typical day look like in a Shop? Our volunteers help with a variety of tasks including:



Welcoming and engaging customers Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers Processing transactions Sorting and pricing donations Keeping the shop clean and tidy What’s the application process?
