n About the Role:n
n As Project Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on streetscape upgrades, public domain improvements, and urban revitalisation projects.n
n
n The portfolio also includes buildings, town centre upgrades, parks, roads, stormwater, and other community assets.n
n You will manage the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, contract administration, and construction delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks.n

Key Requirements:n
n

n
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related field
n
- Proven experience delivering streetscape, public domain, and broader infrastructure projects through design and construction phases
n




- End-to-end project delivery experience, including construction management
n
- Strong procurement and contract administration experience
n
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
n
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence and White Card
n
