Workforce Extensions Scoresby's clients in the Sth East & East of Melbourne require Warehouse Workers & Forklift Operators.

Warehouse Worker responsibilities:

- Receive, unload and check incoming goods against delivery dockets and purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Move, stack and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform stock put-away, replenishment and inventory movements.
- Use RF scanners, computers or warehouse management systems where required.

Essential- Warehouse Workers:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics setting.
- Experience with loading and unloading containers.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of stock control, order picking and dispatch processes.

Forklift Operations responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, lift, stack and position goods.
- Load and unload pallets, trucks and containers in accordance with workplace procedures.




- Complete pre-start inspections and report faults, damage or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure loads are stable, secure and within the forklift's rated capacity.
- Operate only equipment for which the employee is appropriately licensed, trained and authorised.

Essential- Forklift Operator:

- Current, appropriate forklift High Risk Work Licence for the forklift work being performed.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift safely and competently.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures, manual handling and workplace safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and paperwork.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and a responsible attitude.
