WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing and implementing SEO strategies aligned with each client's business objectives. Working closely with the wider SEO team,



you'll balance hands-on campaign execution with identifying opportunities for ongoing performance improvements.

You'll conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits, identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility, website performance and search engine accessibility. From on-page optimisation and content recommendations through to crawlability, indexation, page speed and structured data, you'll help ensure websites are technically sound and positioned for growth.

You'll use tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and Semrush to monitor performance, uncover insights and inform your recommendations. You'll translate data into clear, actionable strategies, delivering reporting that demonstrates progress and helps clients understand the impact of SEO activity.

Client relationship management will be an important part of the role. You'll communicate proactively with clients, contribute to strategic conversations and confidently present recommendations that align SEO activity with broader business goals. You'll also collaborate across teams to support integrated, multi-channel campaigns and ensure deliverables are completed effectively.

A key area of focus will be the evolving search landscape, particularly GEO.



You'll help implement strategies to improve clients' visibility, brand mentions and citations across AI-powered search platforms, considering how technical accessibility, content quality, brand authority and third-party sources influence the way brands appear in AI-generated answers. You'll monitor emerging opportunities and use performance insights to refine activity as this space continues to develop.

You'll stay up to date with algorithm updates, industry trends and SEO best practices, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to campaign optimisation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

- 2-4 years' experience in SEO, ideally within a digital agency environment
- Demonstrated experience across on-page, off-page and technical SEO
- Confident using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and keyword research platforms such as Semrush
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing client accounts, communicating performance insights and building long-term relationships
- Working knowledge of GEO and the factors influencing brand visibility across AI-generated search results
- Strong project management and organisational skills
