We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused **Food & Beverage Attendants** to join our team on a casual basis across our restaurants, bars, conferencing and events operations. **About the Role** As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while supporting our restaurant, bar and events teams. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across a variety of outlets and functions throughout the hotel. **Key Responsibilities** + Deliver friendly, professional and engaging service to guests + Take food and beverage orders and process transactions accurately + Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards + Assist with conferences, weddings, events and special functions + Prepare and reset restaurant, bar and event spaces + Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service areas + Follow food safety, liquor licensing and workplace health & safety requirements + Work collaboratively with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences **About You** We're looking for someone who: + Has a passion for hospitality and customer service + Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic + Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment + Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Is flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including evenings,
