We go inside fast-growing businesses, map how the work gets done, and deploy AI agents that take the repeatable admin off their teams’ plates. We film at conferences, business lunches and industry events every month, and we need an experienced videographer to own that work in-house. The role Your week splits between events and the office. At events, you’ll capture keynotes, panels and interviews to a broadcast standard. Back at head office, you’ll work with the marketing team to edit that footage into content for social media and our website. You’ll also work with our leadership team to find new filming opportunities and run them yourself. What you’ll do
• Film conferences, lunches, panels and speaking events with proper lighting and audio setups
• Shoot interviews and talking-head content in the office
• Edit footage into short-form social content, long-form video and website assets
• Pitch and produce your own filming ideas with the leadership team
• Work to briefs from the marketing team, and run shoots on your own when nobody is there to brief you What you bring
• Proven experience filming live events to a high standard
• A showreel that includes event work and tech or corporate content
• Confidence setting up lighting, audio and multi-camera shoots on location
• Fast, polished editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
• The judgement to take direction and the confidence to work without it
• A full driver’s licence
• Knowledge of AI and tech is a strong bonus. The details

on site at our Kensington head office. This role has no remote option.
• Hours: full time, part-time or casual, with a minimum of 30 hours a week. Some events run early mornings, evenings or weekends.
