Key responsibilities

Previous experience working in a fast paced commercial kitchen or fast food environment

Confident in food preparation, grilling and maintaining consistent food quality

Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

Willingness to assist across multiple areas of the kitchen and daily operations

Ability to manage staff, delegate responsibilities and oversee daily operations

Confident handling busy service periods while maintaining quality and efficiency





Strong problem solving, communication and organisational skills

Ability to train, support and motivate team members

About you

Previous relevant hospitality or fast food experience is essential

Flexible availability across 6-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends

Well spoken with excellent communication skills

Confident multitasking in a fast paced environment

Versatile, adaptable and willing to perform multiple duties

Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality

Work well both independently and within a team
