Project Manager

We're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the next phase of our Dayforce transformation journey. About the Opportunity Over the last 12 months, SASH has implemented Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management and is now processing payroll through the platform across the business. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the next phase of the program, focusing on:
• Stabilisation and optimisation of Payroll and Workforce Management
• Delivery of Recruitment and Onboarding modules
• Uplift of the Learning module
• Onboarding recent hospitals onto Dayforce
• Development of the future roadmap for Performance and Compensation modules This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with Executive Leaders, Hospital Directors, People & Culture, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, Dayforce consultants and operational stakeholders across the SASH network. What You'll Be Responsible For Payroll & Workforce Management Optimisation
• Lead the optimisation of existing Payroll and WFM functionality
• Partner with the Dayforce WFM Technical Specialist and Payroll SME to resolve issues and improve user experience
• Reduce manual workarounds and enhance automation
• Establish sustainable governance and support processes Recruitment & Onboarding Implementation
• Deliver a best-practice recruitment and onboarding experience through Dayforce
• Design and implement streamlined candidate and employee lifecycle workflows
• Manage configuration, testing, training and stakeholder adoption Learning Uplift




• Enhance the Dayforce Learning module
• Improve compliance training, reporting and onboarding pathways
• Establish governance and administration processes Multi-Site Deployment
• Lead the implementation of Dayforce across Melbourne and Sunshine Coast
• Manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, training and go-live activities
• Standardise processes across the SASH network Project Leadership
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks and dependencies
• Provide regular reporting to Executive stakeholders and Steerco
• Drive accountability and delivery across multiple workstreams About You We're looking for someone who thrives in service and people-led, transformation environments and can bring people together to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll ideally have:
• Proven experience leading Dayforce transformation projects
• Strong project governance, budgeting and stakeholder management capability
• Experience in delivering these projects in an operating business
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sites or business units
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with Dayforce highly regarded
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management qualifications desirable Why Join SASH?
