As a Bid Coordinator in Perth, you’ll help turn our people’s experience and capability into a compelling case for choosing SHAPE. Working alongside our Bid Manager, estimating and delivery teams, you’ll contribute to winning work across WA’s diverse construction market — with plenty of opportunity to learn how the pieces come together.
• Collect and review tender documentation, and research client websites and annual reports to support submission preparation
• Coordinate input from internal stakeholders and compile tender submissions, capability statements and expressions of interest
• Assemble supporting information, including organisational charts, annual reports and certificates, and prepare submissions for sign-off
• Organise submission production, including resource coordination, formatting, printing and binding
• Establish and maintain Bid Action Plans, track submission requirements and share tender information with internal and external parties
• Maintain the Bid and Strategy database and help develop reusable, high-quality submission content What you’ll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in marketing or administration studies preferably
• Experience in procurement or tender administration
• Construction or construction services industry experience, preferably
• An understanding of strategic thinking and the ability to consider different approaches
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• An honest, accountable approach, with respect for others and care for confidential information
