About your role: We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own how Sable Bebe looks, everywhere it shows up. You'll take a creative direction and turn it into finished, beautifully considered work across social, paid ads, email, our website and campaigns, keeping every touchpoint consistent and unmistakably Sable. This is a hands-on role in a small team, so your work will be seen and felt straight away. You'll be the design lead, with real ownership of our visual identity and plenty of room to bring ideas to the table, from launches and collaborations to events. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with our Marketing team and our founder.

What you'll do
Brand and visual consistency
• Look after Sable's visual identity across every channel: typography, layout, colour, photography treatment and graphic elements
• Build and maintain our brand guidelines and a library of templates, so the whole team can create on brand
• Review creative from across the team, and from creators and partners, to keep it all feeling like Sable Social media
• Design Instagram stories, carousels, covers and launch teasers
• Create story templates and graphic systems that make everyday content quicker to produce and consistent to look at
• Work alongside our Social and Content Creator to turn content ideas into finished assets Campaigns and paid ads
• Design the key visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns and sale periods
• Create static ads and ad variations for Meta and Google, and adapt every campaign across formats and placements
• Work with our Paid Creative Coordinator to test new hooks, layouts and angles, and learn from what performs Website and eCommerce
• Design homepage banners and collection imagery for our Shopify store
• Bring product stories to life online, from fabric and function to the everyday moments our products are made for Email Marketing (EDMs)
• Design and build email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo




• Develop flexible email templates that fit our brand and work beautifully on mobile Creative ideation and collaborations
• Bring ideas, references and concepts to the table for launches, campaigns and content
• Design for brand collaborations and co-branded launches
• Keep across design trends and what's working in ecommerce, and bring the best of it back to Sable Creative operations
• Manage your work through Asana: briefs, timelines and feedback
• Keep files, final assets and the brand library organised and easy for the team to find
• Balance high design standards with launch timelines, and prepare files correctly for every channel and partner About you:
• You have 5+ years of graphic design experience, including time in an ecommerce or DTC brand
• Your portfolio shows work across social, paid ads, email and web, with campaigns that run consistently across all of them
• You have strong fundamentals in typography, layout and composition, and a refined eye for detail
• You understand the difference between brand creative and performance creative, and you can do both well
• You can take a brief and run with it, and you're just as comfortable bringing your own ideas
• You're organised, reliable and calm when launches stack up
• You take feedback well, and you give transparent, kind feedback to others Nice to have
• Experience using AI tools in your design workflow, from concepting and moodboards to AI videos (this would be a big plus)
• Experience with a fashion, accessories or lifestyle brand
• Experience designing for brand collaborations Tools we use: Essential
• Figma: design, templates, brand library and collaboration
• Klaviyo: building email campaigns and flows
• Asana: briefs, timelines and feedback
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
