About the Role
As a Construction Liaison Officer, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients from site start to handover, ensuring every interaction is clear, timely, and supportive. You’ll work closely with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate information, resolve issues, and keep builds running smoothly. From preparing documentation to guiding clients through handovers, this dynamic role directly contributes to client satisfaction and the success of each projec About You You’re a natural communicator with a strong client focus and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences. Ideally, you have experience in client-facing roles, preferably within residential construction, and understand the importance of updates, attention to detail, and building trust with clients. Organised and proactive, you thrive in fast-paced environments. You excel at problem-solving, coordinating teams, and guiding clients through their home-building journey with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset. Your energy, reliability, and people skills make you a standout in every interaction.
