About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize our enterprise cloud data platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end data pipelines, ensure high data quality, and implement robust cloud architecture to support business intelligence and advanced analytics.

Core Responsibilities

- Pipeline Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT integration solutions.
- Database Optimization: Architect structured data models, optimize complex SQL queries, and perform database tuning to maximize performance.
- Data Operations: Establish proactive pipeline monitoring, data validation frameworks, and quality checks to ensure business-ready data integrity.
- Security & Governance: Implement data governance frameworks, role-based access controls,



and data privacy protocols to meet strict compliance standards.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or a related data-centric skilled role.
- Azure Cloud Stack: Practical expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL.
- Programming & Scripting: Strong proficiency in building production-grade data scripts using Python, PySpark, or Scala.
- Core Competencies: Advanced SQL skills, dimensional data modeling, and robust troubleshooting capabilities.
