Role Overview

Our client is seeking legally qualified, native Bahasa Melayu-speaking Document Reviewers to support a high-profile investigations matter. This short-term contract opportunity involves first-level document review using Relativity, focusing on reviewing, analysing, and categorising documents in line with project protocols. The role is expected to commence in November and will be based in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct first-level document review using Relativity.
- Review and analyse documents in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Identify relevant, privileged, confidential, and sensitive documents.
- Apply review protocols and coding decisions accurately and consistently.
- Support investigations, litigation, and regulatory review activities.
- Escalate complex legal issues and key findings to supervising counsel.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout the review.

About You

- Law degree and legal qualification in a recognised jurisdiction with 1-5 years of experience in document review, eDiscovery, investigations, litigation support, or legal review projects.
- Native-level Bahasa Melayu proficiency with robust professional English communication skills.
- Previous experience in document review, eDiscovery, investigations, litigation support, or legal review projects.
- Experience with Relativity is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work APAC/Singapore business hours.
