We at Coforge are seeking for Business Analyst with experience on Capital Market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and UAT activities.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with QA teams during testing and validation phases.




- Track and manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets and/or Asset Management.
- Solid understanding of investment management, portfolio management, securities, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and trade lifecycle.
- Experience in front-office, middle-office, or back-office processes.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
