- Experience implementing new wealth management product offerings is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements and solutions clearly.
- Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, payments, fintech, or another regulated workplace is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct interviews and analyse workflows and processes to elicit and document clear business and functional requirements.
- Create and help manage a backlog of epics and user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria to support development and testing.
- Develop mock-ups and work with development teams to shape effective, practical solutions.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing across CMC Markets’ offices.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders throughout delivery.

- Present demonstrations and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Product team and wider organisation.
- Lead or support project activities from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and post-implementation review.
