We’re hiring: Business Development Manager, Zetta Essentials (Perth)

Are you a genuine hunter who loves opening doors and winning new business?

At Zetta, we’ve been delivering technology services from Perth for over twenty years. Now we’re scaling Zetta Essentials, our all-inclusive, flat-rate managed IT service built for Perth small and medium businesses. One flat monthly rate per user. Five pillars of service. No lock-in. It’s a clear, repeatable offer that business owners understand quickly, and we need someone to take it to market.

This isn’t an account management role. You won’t be handed leads; you’ll create them. You’ll own the Perth SMB territory, build your own pipeline through prospecting, networking and referral partners, and turn new logos into recurring revenue.

What you’ll bring:

→ Three or more years in IT services, SaaS or technology sales, ideally selling managed services or subscription products





→ The confidence to articulate value rapid and close on a short sales cycle

→ The ability to read a room and build trust, whether you’re talking to a workshop manager or a managing director

→ Resilience, self-motivation and a good sense of humour

→ A current WA driver’s licence (and a Perth SMB network is a big plus)
