We're an insurance company looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Strategic Projects team and play a key role in implementing a recent CRM platform across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Change, you'll work closely with the CRM project team, business leaders, technology teams and end users. Your job is to make sure the new platform is adopted and embedded in day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

- Own and deliver the change management approach for the CRM implementation.
- Assess the impact of new CRM processes, technology and ways of working across affected business areas.
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption plans.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Product, Technology and business SMEs throughout design, testing and implementation.
- Coordinate business readiness activities ahead of go-live.
- Support UAT, training, go-live and post-implementation adoption.
- Identify resistance, adoption risks and change impacts early, and develop practical mitigation actions.
- Establish change champions and feedback mechanisms across the business.




- Track adoption and help ensure the CRM delivers the intended business outcomes.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Change Manager on CRM or major technology implementations.
- Strong experience managing business change across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Practical experience across communications, training, business readiness and adoption.
- Ability to translate technical and process change into clear, business-friendly messages.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with business and technology teams.
- Experience in insurance, broking or financial services would be highly regarded.
