This is your opportunity to help build something special from day one. ? Your Role as Assistant Store Manager As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to launch our new Chatswood Chase location, create exceptional customer experiences and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence. You'll play an significant role in establishing a positive team culture, supporting daily operations and bringing the Koko Black experience to life from day one.

You'll

- Lead by example – deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire your team to do the same
- Coach and develop – support the recruitment, onboarding and development of a passionate, high-performing team
- Create a positive culture – foster an engaging, inclusive and collaborative team environment
- Drive commercial performance – support sales targets, budgets and key performance indicators
- Maintain premium standards – ensure exceptional visual merchandising,



product presentation and store operations
- Support store operations – assist with stock management, rostering, compliance and day-to-day store performance
- Step up as a leader – confidently lead store operations in the Store Manager's absence
- Create memorable Koko Moments – bring our passion for premium chocolate and exceptional service to life for every customer

? About You

You'll Bring

- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment
- A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive results
- A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
- Energy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-current store
- Confidence working in a busy, high-traffic retail environment
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style and the ability to work collaboratively with your Store Manager
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
- Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base
