- Health Club Supervisor to join our dynamic Chuan Spa Team. This position is an integral part of a high performing team, and a key contributor to the Hotel's ongoing success in delivery excellence. Reporting to the Chuan Spa Operations Manager, you will oversee and ensure the smooth day to day operations of the Chuan Spa and Health Club.

As the Chuan Spa &

- Health Club Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Chuan Spa &
- Health Club, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Working closely with the Chuan Spa Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency. Through monitoring guest feedback and implementing continuous improvements, you will help elevate the overall guest experience and contribute to the ongoing success of Chuan Spa &
- Health Club.

Key Responsibilities

Co-Ordination of daily operations

- Oversee reception, therapists and spa operation and associated staff.
- Ensure staff discipline and standards maintained to optimum levels.
- Liaise with all relevant hotel departments on a daily basis to ensure communication of key issues, initiatives and challenges.
- Review stock levels, levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas to ensure that the operation is performing to optimum levels of service and cost control.
- Perform Beauty Therapy and Reception duties as and when required.
- Achieve and maintain a level of customer service within the department in order to achieve set GSI,



Praise, and other audit results.
- Ensure guest feedback is sought and acted upon accordingly and promptly.
- Maintain a good rapport with regular clientele, and develop return business.

Health Club Co-Ordination
- Maintain Spa and Health Club Memberships including monthly targets, contracts and payments.

Standard Operating Procedures and Guest Satisfaction
- Review hotel Guest Satisfaction scores and implements action plans to ensure targets are attained.
- Be the Spa trainer in the on going training for new and existing staff.

Assist Spa Operations Manager in Recruitment and Evaluation
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, and training and evaluation process of all related department staff.

For this role, your attributes will be inclusive of the following:

- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Health and Fitness, or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience in spa, health club, wellness, or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of daily operational procedures, customer service standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, support, and develop a team.
- Passionate about guest satisfaction and delivering personalised, high-quality service.




- Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and a commitment to the highest level of guest service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using booking, membership, or point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating roster including weekends and public holiday.
- Hand on, able to multitask, work under pressure and drive a sense of urgency.
