The role

Snooze Castle Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join the team on a casual basis.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers meet, taking the time to understand what they’re looking for and guiding them through our range of mattresses, bed frames, bedding and accessories.

This is a sales-focused role where you’ll combine great customer service with a drive to achieve results. You’ll work towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs while ensuring every customer receives the genuine, knowledgeable and friendly experience we want Snooze to be known for.

At Snooze, you’ll be:

- Building genuine relationships with customers, asking the right questions and helping them find a sleep solution that suits their needs.

- Driving sales by confidently engaging with customers, working towards individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommending suitable accessories to complement their purchases.

- Providing expert advice by developing strong product knowledge and demonstrating product features and benefits to help customers make informed choices.




- Supporting the customer journey from initial conversations and quotes through to point-of-sale transactions and coordinating delivery.
- Creating an inspiring store environment by supporting visual merchandising and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Working together with the team to support stock management and the day-to-day operation of the store.
- Delivering a excellent customer experience by being attentive, approachable and taking responsibility for seeing the customer journey through.
