We’re seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager for an upcoming educational refurbishment project in the Wollongong region.

Join a reputable Tier 3 commercial head contractor with a strong industry reputation and potential for ongoing contract opportunities across the region.

The Prospect:

- 9–10 week contract with an upcoming start.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades.
- Oversee demolition, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and building services.
- Maintain high standards of site safety, quality and programme.
- Manage site documentation, inductions and reporting using Procore and 1Breadcrumb.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on commercial refurbishment or fitout projects.




- Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills.
- Confident managing site safety, documentation and client updates.
- Procore experience essential, with 1Breadcrumb experience highly regarded.
- Locally based in the Wollongong region and available for an upcoming start.
