About the Role:
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join an established aged care allied health provider in Swan Hill, VIC, working across two residential aged care facilities. The provider has more than a decade of experience delivering physiotherapy in aged care. You will help residents stay active, mobile and independent while reducing the risk of falls, frailty and pressure injuries. A car is provided to travel between sites.
- Assess and treat residents to maintain and improve mobility, function and independence
- Develop and deliver falls prevention and frailty reduction programs
- Support pressure injury prevention and active ageing initiatives
- Provide manual handling training and guidance to nursing and care staff
- Take part in care plan reviews and maintain documentation in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Work collaboratively with nursing, occupational therapy and other allied health staff

About You:
- Degree in Physiotherapy, with General Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in aged care, gerontology or rehabilitation, or a strong interest in working with older people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current driver's licence
- National Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Eligible to work in Australia
