Our Landsdale Warehouse is seeking a motivated hands on Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator who has the ability and knowledge to assist in our 800 sqm Landsdale warehouse. You will be an integral part of our small close knit team, reporting the the General Manager. The warehouse stocks a range of product lines including appliances, whitegoods, small furniture, sporting goods, artificial plants and adhoc items varying in sizes, fragility and weights. You will be the link between our office and our warehouse. You’ll make sure stock comes in right, goes out on time, and the warehouse team stays on track. It’s a hands-on role, roughly half coordination and admin and half on the floor. What you’ll do
• Lead and organise the warehouse team’s daily priorities so orders go out promptly
• Create consignment notes across various freight portals
• Use internal systems to receipt goods,



and check in deliveries against POs and record any discrepancies
• Unload, pick, pack and prepare orders with care for dispatch
• Run stock counts
• Communicating with the office on order status, delays and stock issues
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well organised What you’ll bring
• Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, logistics or stores role
• Solid organisation and attention to detail. You notice when numbers don’t add up.
• Confidence leading a small team and keeping everyone moving
• Clear communication with both office staff and floor staff
• Solid computer skills (internal system and freight booking)
• Ability to do manual handling, including lifting and moving stock
