You will develop original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate AI agents completing client accounting workflows using spreadsheets, accounting platforms, and supporting documents. Remote Engagement: Project-based with flexible hours Compensation: US$80–US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements Responsibilities
• Create tasks involving bookkeeping review, adjusting entries, trial balance preparation, financial statements, and client accounting queries.
• Develop reference solutions that reconcile source documents to final outputs and explain relevant accounting judgments.
• Evaluate agents organizing incomplete records, correcting misclassifications, reconciling accounts, and preparing client deliverables.
• Define scoring criteria for technical accuracy,



consistency, documentation, and clarity of client communication.
• Identify missing information and assess whether agents request clarification or state reasonable assumptions. Requirements
• Degree in accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or providing accounting services to external clients.
• Robust understanding of financial statement preparation and applicable accounting standards.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent software.
• Fluent English, with strong written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification; experience serving multiple clients, industries, or jurisdictions.
